A blend of free-flow movement and Conscious Connected Breath creates a powerful reset for your mind, body and nervous system.
This class is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and walk away clearer, calmer, and more centered.

Freeform Movement + Curated Music:

Shake, stretch, flow, and release tension. Movement awakens energy, activates your nervous system, and primes the body for deep engagement. Using headphones or earbuds immerses you fully in the curated soundscape.

Vocal Expression
+ Sound:

Hum, sing, tone, or play percussion instruments—sound becomes a tool for emotional release, heart and throat opening, and shared resonance.

Conscious Connected Breathwork:

Following movement, breathwork continues the sympathetic-parasympathetic fluctuation. The session guides you from activation into release, intensity into calm, creating continuous nervous system engagement that strengthens resilience.

Closing
Circle

 End in community, reflecting, sharing, or simply being present. The circle amplifies personal regulation and healing through collective presence, witness, and support.

​I created Bend & Breathe from my own journey of healing and rediscovery. I found myself drawn to moving my body, vocalizing and fully immersing in music that felt like a personal mantra. Breathwork naturally flowed alongside, and in those moments, emotions - grief, anger, joy - were free to move through me.

This class brings that same experience to you: movement, sound, and breath woven together to guide your nervous system, open your heart, and help you reconnect with yourself - both personally and within a supportive community.
