Bend & Breathe blends free-flow movement, sound, and breathwork to support nervous system healing, emotional release, and embodied self-connection. More than a class, it’s an invitation into a different way of relating to yourself.
Through consistent practice, you begin building the capacity to stay present with your body, breath, emotions, and inner experience in real time. What starts in the classroom gradually becomes something lived - a steadier, more connected way of moving through everyday life with greater awareness, agency, and self-trust.
Bend
Shake, stretch, flow, and release tension through gently guided and intuitive movement. As the body opens and energy begins to move, you’re guided back into presence and connection. With headphones or earbuds, you’re fully immersed in the curated soundscape.
Sound
Hum, sing, tone, or use percussion - sound becomes a tool for release, expression, and shared resonance. Supported by immersive music, we practice allowing sound to move through us, creating space for presence, connection, and emotional release.
Breathe
Breath is woven into the entire experience - sometimes structured, other times intuitive - always inviting you back into relationship with the breath.
As you practice shaping and working with it in real time, the breath becomes something you return to in your everyday life - a tool for regulating, reconnecting, and supporting release within the body.
Feel
Stay connected to the sensations, emotions, and energetic shifts arising within the body as movement, breath, and sound unfold. Through guided awareness and presence, we practice remaining connected to
the felt experience - allowing in-real-time "metabolizing" while creating space for release, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
This isn’t a workout class. It’s a practice of returning to yourself in real time.

I created Bend & Breathe through my own journey of healing and self-return.
Through movement, sound, presence, and breathwork, I began creating the space and safety to process what words alone could not. Emotions, tension, and patterns that had long been held beneath the surface were finally given room to move, be felt, and met with awareness and compassion, rather than avoidance. Over time, these practices became more than a form of release - they became a way of reconnecting with myself in real time and building a steadier relationship with my body, breath, and inner experience.
Today, I share these practices with others through a gently yet intentionally guided experience designed to support deeper self-connection, emotional processing, and embodied presence. Bend & Breathe is not just about what happens during the class itself, but about cultivating tools and awareness that continue to support you long after the session ends.
