Reclaim is a guided 1:1 coaching process that helps you come back to yourself in the middle of it all - so you can rebuild from a place of grounded self-trust, emotional steadiness, and inner clarity.

Born from my own process of rebuilding during a difficult season, this framework combines practical tools for supporting yourself in real time with a clear pathway for deeper transformation. The Lifelines help you reconnect to yourself through everyday practices, while the 3Rs guide the process of rebuilding from the inside out.

The 3Rs

 

Root

You come back into your body. You ground your nervous system. You create safety and stability from within. 

Reframe

You notice the patterns, thoughts, or reactions that pull you out of yourself - and gently shift back into awareness and choice.

Rise

You move forward from that place of clarity. Not from reaction, urgency, or overwhelm - but from steadiness and self-trust.

Lifelines

Alongside the 3Rs, you work with Lifelines - simple, intentional practices that support you in coming back to yourself in real time.

These are the real-life tools you return to when things feel overwhelming, unclear, or emotionally charged.

They are not concepts.

They are ways of working with yourself in everyday life.

This is what allows the work to extend beyond the container.

Not as information you learned - but as a way of being you can return to again and again.

The Container

Reclaim is a 90-day 1:1 somatic coaching container designed to support you through real, lived change - not just insight or reflection. Over this time, we work together in a structured yet flexible way that meets you where you are, while gently guiding you forward.

You’ll have consistent support as you move through emotional processing, nervous system regulation, pattern awareness, and real-life integration - so the work doesn’t stay theoretical. It becomes something you’re actively living and applying.

Each phase of the process builds on the one before it, helping you move from stabilization, to reframing and release, to intentional forward movement.

● 12 private 75-minute 1:1 coaching sessions over 90 days

● WhatsApp support throughout the container​

You begin to feel more grounded in your body instead of constantly stuck in your head. Moments that once felt overwhelming become more manageable. You start to pause instead of immediately reacting, and notice your patterns with greater awareness rather than getting pulled into them automatically.

Over time, your nervous system becomes more regulated and steady. Your decisions feel less chaotic and more connected to your inner clarity. You may find yourself second-guessing less, feeling more emotionally grounded in real time, and developing a deeper sense of internal safety and resilience.

And slowly, something very simple but life-changing begins to happen: you start to trust yourself again. Not because everything around you is perfect or resolved, but because you are no longer abandoning yourself within the experience of your own life.
