RECLAIM - YOUR "RETURN MAP" - FOR WHEN LIFE HITS HARD

When life shifts in ways that unsettle your sense of stability, identity, or direction, it can leave you feeling unsteady and disconnected from yourself.

You may still be moving through your days - functioning, caring for others, making decisions, keeping things going - while internally, you feel overwhelmed, unclear, reactive, or simply less like yourself.

And sometimes the hardest part is that you already know a lot. You may have done the therapy, read the books, practiced the tools, and spent years trying to understand yourself.

But knowing yourself intellectually and being able to stay connected to yourself when life gets hard are two different things.

Reclaim is a personalized 90-day 1:1 coaching process designed to help you bridge that gap - so you can learn to return to yourself in real time and move through life with greater steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • You’re moving through or rebuilding after a major life transition, identity shift, or difficult season.

  • You may already have done significant personal growth work, but still find yourself losing connection with yourself when life gets hard.

  • On the outside, you’re functioning - but internally, something feels off, unsettled, or disconnected.

  • You find yourself overthinking decisions, second-guessing yourself, or looking outside yourself for reassurance.

  • You feel reactive, overwhelmed, or easily pulled out of your center.

  • You understand your patterns intellectually, but struggle to interrupt them in the moments that matter.

  • You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself in moments of stress, emotion, uncertainty, or change.

  • You want to feel more present in your own life - not simply better at managing it.

LIFELINES + THE RETURN PRACTICE (THE 3Rs)

Born from my own process of rebuilding during a profoundly difficult season, this work grew from a realization that changed how I understood healing:

I could only think my way so far.

Real change required learning how to reconnect with myself from the inside out - through the body, the nervous system, attention, and repeated moments of presence.

Reclaim brings that process into a simple, practical framework you can use in the middle of real life.

THE RETURN PRACTICE

The 3Rs give you an internal navigation system for coming back to yourself in real time.

ROOT

You come back into your body. You return to this moment.

You call back your attention, use your breath, connect with sensation, and create the conditions for greater steadiness and safety from within.

REFRAME

You notice the thoughts, patterns, stories, and reactions that pull you away from yourself - and create enough space to see them differently.

You begin to recognize what is keeping you stuck and remember that you have choices. You can question old narratives, loosen patterns that no longer serve you, and make room for new ways of seeing, responding, and being.

This isn't forced positivity or pushing past what's difficult. It's about cultivating awareness, reclaiming agency, and opening to new possibilities.

RISE

You begin to move with intention from that steadier, more connected place.

What that looks like will be different for everyone and may change from moment to moment. Sometimes it means setting a boundary, telling the truth, asking for support, resting, taking action - or choosing not to.

Rise isn't about pushing forward. It's about moving in alignment with yourself.

THE LIFELINES

Alongside the Return Practice, you’ll identify and give language to your own Lifelines - simple, intentional practices that help you reconnect with yourself through the body and through everyday life.

They may include breath, movement, sound, nature, body awareness, expression, and other personalized practices that help you return to yourself.

These are not concepts to understand or tools to perform correctly.

They become your own personalized access points back to yourself - available in the ordinary moments of your day as well as the moments when life feels hard.

This is what allows the work to extend beyond our sessions.

Not simply as information you learned, but as a way of relating to yourself that you can return to again and again.

THE CONTAINER:

Reclaim is a 90-day, 1:1 somatic coaching experience designed to support you through real, lived change - not simply insight or reflection.

Over 12 private sessions, we work together in a structured but responsive way, meeting what is actually happening in your life while gradually building your capacity to stay connected to yourself within it.

We explore your unique patterns of disconnection, nervous system responses, emotional habits, and protective strategies - and then bring that awareness into embodied practice and real-life application.

The goal is not simply to understand yourself more deeply.

It is to experience yourself differently.

Each phase builds upon the one before it, moving through:

Root. Reframe. Rise

while continuing to weave all three into the work as your capacity grows.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 12 private 75-minute 1:1 coaching sessions over 90 days

  • Sessions organized around the three phases of Root, Reframe, and Rise

THE RHYTHM OF THIS WORK

This is not a rigid program with fixed expectations.

It is a guided process that adapts to you - your nervous system, your emotional landscape, your capacity, and what is actually unfolding in your life.

Some weeks may invite deeper grounding.

Some may bring insight or emotional processing.

Others may call for action, boundaries, decisions, or simply practicing how to stay connected to yourself in the middle of something difficult.

The structure holds you.

It does not require you to fit yourself into a formula.

And throughout the process, we return to the same essential question:

What do you need in this moment to come back to yourself?

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT:

Change through Reclaim is often subtle at first.

You begin to notice yourself sooner.

You recognize when you're leaving your body, getting caught in a familiar loop, or moving into reaction - sometimes before the pattern has fully taken over.

You begin to pause.

You learn what actually helps you return.

Instead of automatically pushing through, shutting down, spiraling, or looking outside yourself for the answer, you begin to create a little more space between what you feel and how you respond.

And with repetition, something deeper begins to develop:

capacity.

The capacity to stay present with yourself when things feel uncomfortable.

The capacity to move through uncertainty without immediately needing to resolve it.

The capacity to make decisions from a steadier place.

The capacity to feel, pause, choose, and respond without abandoning yourself in the process.

And over time, these repeated moments begin to change your relationship with yourself.

You trust yourself more.

You feel more at home in your own body.

You become less consumed by the need to manage every feeling or figure everything out.

And life itself can begin to feel more available again - not because everything has been resolved, but because you are more fully present for your own life.

That is the deeper work of Reclaim.

Not becoming someone new.

Learning how to return to yourself - again and again - until that return becomes something you know how to do.

Thoughts on self-trust, nervous system wisdom, and finding your way back to yourself - especially in the seasons when life changes.
